The graphite anode finishing line system, as a critical step in lithium-ion battery anode material production, primarily processes semi-finished graphite products from previous stages into finished products that meet battery manufacturing requirements. Specific functions include removing impurities through batch mixing, magnetic separation, and sieving to ensure quality; adjusting process parameters to control physical properties and meet customized demands; enhancing material uniformity through homogenization mixing; and performing pre-storage treatments such as metering and packaging. It serves as a vital bridge connecting upstream processes with battery production, ensuring the quality of anode materials.

The working principle of the graphite anode finishing line system revolves around the core objective of “converting semi-finished graphite into qualified finished products.” Semi-finished materials after graphitization are received either from a bulk bag unloading station or the upstream semi-finished product workshop. The materials are then conveyed via a vacuum conveying system into mixers, where mixing equipment achieves uniform dispersion across batches, ensuring batch consistency. Magnetic separators and sieving equipment are employed to remove metal impurities and particulate contaminants, ensuring purity. Qualified materials after secondary sieving and magnetic separation undergo deaeration, metering, and packaging. Throughout the process, parameter adjustments are made to meet the customized needs of different battery types, ultimately producing finished graphite anode products that meet lithium-ion battery performance, purity, and consistency standards.
