The bulk bag unloader uses an electric hoist or forklift to lift the bulk bag to the feeding port, where the bag is secured and its discharge outlet is opened. Assisted by a tapping device or vibration device, the material is directed to fall into the hopper below. The bulk bag unloader is widely used in industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, lithium batteries, and new materials for unpacking and discharging powders and granules packaged in bulk bags.

The bulk bag unloader consists of a bag-clamping mechanism, electric hoist, bulk bag hanger, automatic pneumatic tapping device or vibration device, dust collector, equipment frame, and other components. The entire structure is reasonably designed, easy to operate, and features enclosed unpacking to prevent dust dispersion, improve the working environment, ensure complete discharge, and minimize residual material.

The discharge outlet of the bulk bag unloader can be connected to equipment such as silos, screw conveyors, rotary discharge valves, crushers, electromagnetic iron removers, vacuum feeders, and more.
