Box Furnace Discharge System, Crucible Discharge System
In graphite anode material production, the box furnace or crucible serves as key equipment for core heat treatment processes such as graphitization and carbonization. These processes enhance material crystallinity and conductivity, remove impurities, and modify surface properties to ensure material purity and electrochemical performance. The vacuum conveying and discharge system enables quantitative material transfer, contamination-free handling of high-purity graphite powder, and precise material distribution through a sealed vacuum environment. This prevents impurity introduction during material transfer, ensuring production quality and batch consistency of graphite anode materials to meet the demands of high-end applications such as power batteries.
The box furnace or crucible discharge system achieves contamination-free material transfer by utilizing a “vacuum negative pressure differential + sealed pipeline.” A suction lance is used to convey materials via the vacuum system to downstream equipment such as rotary vibrating screens or direct discharge screens for sieving. During conveying, the material is simultaneously dispersed and cooled. Qualified material then passes through an electromagnetic iron remover and enters a buffer silo (which stores material during bulk bag replacement). The material is subsequently deaerated and metered via a deaeration screw conveyor before packaging, thereby increasing the fill volume of bulk bags.
Product Advantages:
Prevents Material Contamination and Performance Degradation: Fully enclosed vacuum environment throughout the entire process.
Compatible with Various Material Forms: Suitable for high- and low-temperature graphite powders, with capability to disperse agglomerates.
Enhances Production Continuity and Automation Level: Enables fully automated and continuous operation from “discharge – conveying – packaging,” minimizing manual intervention.
Effectively Increases Packaging Fill Volume: Utilizes a deaeration screw conveyor for deaeration during packaging.
