Conveying Distance of the Material
Under otherwise identical conditions, the longer the conveying distance for powdered materials, the greater the conveying difficulty.

Density of the Material
A properly designed system is essential to fully utilize the conveying capacity of the vacuum feeder. Generally, materials with lower density require larger pipe diameters, while materials with higher density need appropriately smaller pipe diameters.

Flow Characteristics of the Material
Pneumatic conveying relies on a specific ratio of air to powdered material. Materials with poor flowability or those prone to arching and bridging are relatively more challenging to convey.

Vacuum Level of the Vacuum Feeder’s Power Source
The vacuum level in pneumatic conveying determines the air intake volume, which must be proportional to the material density and equipment capacity to ensure the conveying efficiency of powdered materials. The greater the density of the material being conveyed by the vacuum feeder, the higher the required head, and the vacuum level of the configured vacuum pump must be increased accordingly.
