Production Process and Main Application Scenarios of Vacuum Feeders

2025-10-24

The entire conveying process of the vacuum feeder is carried out under *sealed conditions, effectively addressing the issue of dust pollution caused by bulk materials during transportation, which can harm both the environment and operators. It also eliminates static electricity and frictional effects generated during conveying. By applying the basic principles of pneumatic suction to bulk material transport, the system prevents blockages and leaks throughout the conveying process.

Furthermore, this application makes vacuum pump enclosed conveying one of the preferred methods for transporting bulk materials, effectively resolving issues such as material stratification that may occur during production. It meets the demands of modern industrial development.

Production Process:
Materials are fed from a double-cone dryer and connected via specialized fittings for powder equipment transport. The materials enter the dedicated pipeline of the vacuum feeder system software and are then conveyed to the storage silo via the vacuum feeder.

Closing the mesh gate of the fan and rotary valve below the silo allows the materials to be evenly fed into the vibrating screen. Subsequently, the materials fall back into the pipeline and are transported to the packaging system software via the vacuum feeder.

Main Application Scenarios:

Transporting materials from silos to mixers.

Feeding materials from double-cone mixers into silos, followed by uniform distribution via vibrating screens.

Manually operating a material gun to suction materials into a cement rotary kiln.

The vacuum feeder creates a negative pressure airflow under vacuum. Under the influence of this airflow, the conveyed materials are transported through suction hoses or pipelines to another container. Since the materials remain under vacuum throughout the conveying process, even in the event of pipeline leaks, they will not escape into the surrounding environment. The vacuum pump generates a vacuum in the separation chamber of the vacuum conveying equipment, drawing materials from the feed inlet through the suction hose and nozzle.
