I. Daily Maintenance Points
1. Equipment Cleaning
After each use, clean the surface and internal residues of the bulk bag unloader, focusing on removing debris near the bag-breaking knives and discharge ports to prevent material buildup from affecting operation. For sticky materials, use a damp cloth with a neutral cleaning agent, but avoid moisture entering the electrical control box.
2. Mechanical Component Inspection
Regularly check the connection status of transmission components such as chains, belts, and gears. Adjust chain tension and replace severely worn belts or gears.
3. Lubrication Maintenance
Lubricate moving parts like bearings, guides, and lead screws as per the manual requirements. For example, apply high-temperature-resistant grease to bearings weekly to reduce friction and wear.
II. Periodic Maintenance Measures
1. Deep Cleaning and Inspection
Quarterly, disassemble components such as conveyor belts and bag-breaking knives for thorough cleaning. Inspect the blade edges for wear and repair or replace them as needed.
2. Electrical System Maintenance
Clean dust inside the control box, check the condition of components like contactors and relays, calibrate sensor sensitivity, and ensure good insulation of wiring.
3. Weighing System Calibration
Regularly calibrate the weighing system using standard weights, record data, and analyze error trends.
III. Safety Operation Guidelines
Before operation, inspect the equipment appearance, electrical wiring, and the safety of bulk bag lifting devices. Ensure parameters are set to match material characteristics.
During operation, do not reach hands into the equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration is detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
IV. Special Considerations
For flammable or explosive materials, install explosion-proof devices and ventilation equipment.
If the equipment is to be out of service for an extended period, clean it thoroughly and implement moisture-proof and anti-corrosion measures.
