How Does a Dust-Free Feeding Station Work?

2025-10-24

The dust-free feeding station operates entirely in a closed environment, ensuring that external impurities do not enter the equipment and that materials inside the machine do not escape into the surroundings. As the name suggests, the entire process is dust-free. It enables clean material discharge, prevents dust dispersion, and promotes civilized production. Equipped with screening and vibration devices, it facilitates material discharge and subsequent pipeline conveying. The station features a rational design, including a reverse blow system to clean the filtration system and extend its service life. As a result, the application process runs smoothly, requiring minimal effort as each step progresses seamlessly. Vibrating screens, crushing processes, and other features can be flexibly designed according to specific working conditions to adapt to various production processes.

The system consists of a feeding hopper, vibrating screen, dust removal and separation system, fan, vibration motor, and other equipment. It effectively isolates the dust generated during feeding from operators and related equipment. Under negative pressure, dust is extracted into the filtration system, where gases and materials are separated. When enough dust accumulates, it falls into the hopper due to gravity. The equipment is characterized by ease of operation, observability, and maintenance, while also protecting the environment and the health of operators. A vibrating screen installed inside the feeding station directly screens materials during discharge, removing large lumps and effectively intercepting foreign objects. The vibrating screen is used for material grading, separating materials of different sizes.

Operating the Dust-Free Feeding Station:

Pre-Shift Preparation:
Arrive at the production site * minutes before the designated start time. Attend the pre-shift meeting carefully, accurately understand and accept the feeding tasks assigned for the shift, and wear the prescribed work clothes and personal protective equipment. Inspect all machinery and feeding equipment under your responsibility and complete all preparations required before starting feeding.

Bag Opening, Quality Inspection, and Feeding:
Except for paper packaging, use scissors or a knife to cut the stitching thread from the corner of the bag, open it, and place the removed sealing thread in a designated container. Randomly slashing packaging materials is strictly prohibited. Before feeding, carefully inspect the quality of the raw materials using sensory experience. Check for color, odor, impurities, moisture, clumping, mold, etc. If any issues are found, report them immediately to the shift supervisor and strictly follow instructions from superiors. During feeding, ensure all materials are emptied from the bag, and place empty bags neatly beside the feeding port for organization and bundling. Clean up debris around the feeding area promptly. Randomly discarding empty bags, threads, or debris is prohibited.

Removal of Visible Foreign Objects:
During feeding, immediately remove any foreign objects, moldy materials, or clumps to prevent them from entering the feeding equipment.
