Maintenance Procedures for Pneumatic Vacuum Feeders

2025-10-24

I. Cleaning Maintenance

Regularly clean the equipment using appropriate cleaning agents. Focus on the storage hopper, screw elevator, and conveying pipelines to ensure materials remain uncontaminated and to reduce the risk of blockages in the pneumatic vacuum feeder.

Periodically inspect the screw elevator and conveying pipelines to prevent residual materials from affecting conveying efficiency.

II. Lubrication Maintenance

Regularly apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the pneumatic vacuum feeder to minimize wear on vulnerable parts and ensure smooth operation.

Periodically check the lubricant level in large cranes (if applicable) and replenish it promptly.

III. Fastening Maintenance

Regularly tighten components of the pneumatic vacuum feeder, including screws, couplings, coupling caps, and other gear transmission parts.

Periodically inspect the connections of conveying pipelines and air circuits to ensure they are secure and free from air leaks.

IV. Replacement of Wear Parts

Based on equipment usage, regularly replace wear-prone parts to prevent malfunctions and extend the equipment’s service life.

Common wear parts include anti-slip belts, air filter elements, and solenoid valves. It is recommended to keep spare parts in stock.
