Installation Precautions for Pneumatic Vacuum Feeders

2025-10-24

The pneumatic vacuum feeder is a newly developed product based on the comprehensive absorption of similar foreign products. Currently, it is one of the more ideal and advanced vacuum conveying devices in China for handling powdered materials, granular materials, and mixed powder materials. Malfunctions during the operation of the pneumatic vacuum feeder are often caused by issues related to the tightness or looseness of internal components.

Similar to other equipment, if screws and pipelines are not securely tightened, various malfunctions may occur. For instance, a loosely tightened screw in a computer can cause internal looseness, making users anxious every time they start it. This highlights the importance of proper tightness. In the feeder, the areas most critical for ensuring tightness are the frame and the barrel ring.

During installation, manufacturers must ensure that the clamp of the barrel ring is properly fixed and tightened with screws. This effectively ensures that materials enter the barrel smoothly during operation and maintains conveying efficiency. If the tightness loosens, compressed air leakage may occur during material conveying, leading to issues with the conveying efficiency of the pneumatic vacuum feeder.

Additionally, attention must be paid to the frame. Manufacturers should securely fasten and tightly close the frame during operation. This ensures that when the vacuum pump creates a vacuum, materials adhere closely to the frame and the upper part, making cleaning more convenient. However, it is important to note that during installation, the position of the frame must be checked to avoid any damage.
